Your all-inclusive experience on the Celebrity Apex will also include our business trainings and masterminding sessions, 3 private parties, networking opportunities, along with the amazing food and entertainment that Celebrity has to offer! Your cruise fees, including port charges, government fees, and taxes are all covered in the price. Of course, you also get to partake in the wonderful amenities on the Apex, including their world class Broadway-style shows, a well-appointed gym with ocean views, and so much more.

It's up to you, and at your own expense, to cover your airfare or travel expenses to get to Port Canaveral, Florida. In addition, any pre- or post-cruise hotel stays, and associated expenses for drinks and/or meals is on your own dime. Optional shore excursions, either through our site or through Celebrity, and additional Spa services or drink packages are not included and may be charged to your cabin once on board. Several restaurant and dining experiences onboard the ship may require an additional fee that is not included in your booking price.

Bottom line - YES. Anyone can book a cabin on the same cruise, but they would not be allowed to attend any of our private events, parties, or be a part of our dinner seating or group photo.

Absolutely! That will make it all the more fun for you (and for us). Please understand, though, that they will still be required to invest the same amount as you, and of course, they will be included in all of our onboard activities (even if they just want to be a fly on the wall).

The truth is - we can't make you attend and we won't be policing your attendance; however, we look at it like this: If you were the one hosting an event, or a sponsor of such an event, would you like for attendees to skip out on the sessions? Think of it like karma and courtesy - show up the way you want people to show up for you. Plus... the way you do one thing is the way you do everything. If you don't plan to show up - where else in your life are you not showing up.

Celebrity charges gratuities in advance of the sailing and are based upon your cabin class. For Deluxe Interior and Prime Edge cabins, the gratuity is $126, and for Prime Concierge, the gratuity is $133.

We are required to pay the gratuities directly to Celebrity and will alert you as to when we plan to charge your card on file.

Additional gratuities that you may wish to offer once on board are entirely up to you.

Celebrity offers a variety of WiFi packages and we recommend that you purchase according to your anticipated needs prior to the sail date.

The WiFi package is decent, but we highly recommend that you try to disconnect as much as possible while cruising. 

Most of the ports of call will have WiFi access for a reasonable amount or even free at some places. Check in while in port and save your money and your sanity while at sea. =

This is a very personal question and therefore more difficult to answer.

If you plan to drink specialty coffees a few times a day, and imagine enjoying a couple of glasses of wine with dinner, then late night specialty cocktails at one of the bars, it might be a good deal for you.

However, if you are not that much of a drinker, then you're better off to pay as you go. The drink packages (alcohol) come to between $65 and $85/day on average. You'll have to do your own math.

Also, you are allowed to bring on a bottle of wine with your carry-on luggage (not your checked bags). Come to one of our pre-cruise calls to learn more.

We do - but not in the sense that you may be used to. Our markup is not high enough to award cash as an incentive, so we offer stage time instead. You can sign up to become a group leader and start referring just as soon as you book your own cabin.

Absolutely! We end up with several children joining us each year. That said, you should be aware that Celebrity does not particularly cater to children. You won't find a waterslide or some of the other kid-friendly things you may see on Carnival or Disney cruises.

Celebrity is more in alignment with elegance and an elevated experience (which is why we have chosen it). The food is amazing, the entertainment is top-notch, but it is not a "party ship" or a "theme park".

Unfortunately, we are at the whims of the cruise line when it comes to cancellations. We highly recommend that you take out travel insurance if you think there is any chance of that happening.

However, please be aware that most coverage will only insure you for certain reasons and sometimes not for the entire cost of the cruise.

In addition, our fees might not be considered as part of the insured amount and we do not offer a refund after a certain date, as posted on the checkout pages. We begin to incur expenses on your behalf almost right at the beginning. These expenses include merchant services fees and other charges we may incur on your behalf.

Our highest recommendation would be to take outside trip insurance on an annual basis. This is what we do, and it covers a lot more than what you would get with just the insurance provided by Celebrity.

If traveling from outside Florida, you will want to fly into MCO (Orlando). From the airport, you can find a reasonably priced shuttle to Port Canaveral or one of the nearby hotels. The rate is typically around $30-$40 one way.

We suggest you fly in early on the 13th so that you will arrive in Port Canaveral for our pre-cruise Orientation event at the hotel.

If your time allows, you could also plan a day or two at Disney or Universal prior to heading to the Port for the cruise.

There are regularly operating shuttles that run from Orlando (MCO) to Port Canaveral and the nearby hotels. Please look into that prior to booking your flight. We will also provide further information on the shuttles during our pre-cruise zoom calls, so please attend when you can.

The shuttles typically run between $30 and $40 one way.
